Beauty Bank Terms of Service
The monthly fee is $99 per month.
The $99 monthly fee is applied as a credit towards any service. Any unused credit may roll over to the next month.
All Beauty Bank memberships are for a 12 month minimum term which renews automatically after the 12 month term. You can cancel at any time, no obligations to continue. Once you cancel you cannot enroll again for 1 year. After you cancel any unused bank funds will still be in your MBB account wallet. All sales are final.
Membership pricing, promotions, and offers are non-transferable and are for the member's use only.
Membership pricing cannot be applied on top of any MBB specials or flash sales. But member pricing may be applied to any vendor discounts or gift cards (ie Alle, Aspire Rewards, Botox gift cards run by Allergan).
Monthly membership dues cannot be paid for by a vendor's loyalty program such as Alle or Aspire Rewards. However, if for example, a member purchases Botox, they will get the member rate plus they can apply any Alle points.
If a membership account is past due for more than 30 days, the membership will be assumed canceled. This includes any member whose credit card on file has expired or has insufficient funds and the correct credit card is not given within the 30 days.
Membership fee cannot be offset by any in store credit and must be paid by Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover.
Memership funds, the balance of a member's virtual wallet, cannot be transferred to another member's virtual wallet.
Particular appointment availability is not guaranteed, however we will work to accommodate your schedule as a priority member.
Membership payments already made are non-refundable.
Medicine Based Beauty reserves the right to collect at any time any delinquent or outstanding balance(s) that has not been paid for any services provided or monthly payments owed. For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide the business with current, accurate, complete, and updated information including your name, address, telephone number, birth date, and applicable payment data. You agree to notify the business promptly of any changes in your information, including your payment data.
