Francesca a board certified nurse practitioner who has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. Francesca attended The Art Institute of Boston for Fine Arts before starting her career in medicine. Francesca attended Upstate Medical University for her Nurse Practitioner training in Pediatrics and Le Moyne College for Post-Master’s training in Family Medicine.

Francesca received her aesthetic training under various renowned plastic surgeons, physicians, and injectors from the United States and Europe. She attended the University of Rochester to receive first assistant training and she has also trained with oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Her advanced training in anatomy, surgery and post-operative management offers an abundance of expertise to her practice in aesthetic medicine.

Francesca is a PACE Revanesse Aesthetic Trainer and a Sciton Luminary Trainer, training injectors from New York State and beyond. Francesca focuses her training on creating a comfortable and fun learning environment while maintaining expert teaching techniques with an emphasis on quality and safety.

Francesca approaches the client with an interdisciplinary approach that blends her fine arts training with her knowledge in aesthetic medicine. She is the founder and CEO behind Medicine-Based Beauty® located in Ithaca and Syracuse. Her work is focused on natural and beautiful patient outcomes by elevating each client's existing, unique beauty. Francesca specializes in using cosmetic injectables to make small adjustments to facial anatomy and optimize beauty. Additionally, she treats multiple skin concerns using medical-grade skincare and prescription-based skincare to achieve youthful, clear, and radiant skin.
